Or if you got a crappy glue job like mine had, you can use a scalpel to separate the bead from the rim. I had to do that when the inner bead pulled completely away from the rim. They did a really bad job of gluing the tires at the factory lol. All I had to do was break the bond with the scalpel (very carefully) and then clean up the rim a bit. The new tires went on and fit no problem.

If the glue job is like it should be, you'll have to bake them off or boil them off.
