I keep thinking I should do a biplane some day, but that looks like a LOT of fun...
OK here are some photos of my last "bash"...
I picked up the Krafty 60 on sale at a local hobby store.. Well, not local to me, but I could not pass up a good deal..
After a couple of years, in the box it was time to build.. But I already have a Kadet MKII for a high-wing plane.. Soooo, you take the Krafty and make it a Low-wing with RETRACTS and FLAPS!!! Oh, and set it up ready for Floats also

... It is really nice, retract the gear, keep them un-plugged put some of the "foamy glider" colored tape over the wheel wells and off to the lake...
Oh, BTW, I did not turn the fuselage over.. I kept the tail fins on top like planned, removed the cabin and cut the wing saddle into the bottom of the fuselage.. She tracks very straight...
