that is one thing I have noticed. The LHS by me doesn't sell anything Redcat....but everything they sell is expensive. I think there cheapest car was a 1/16 and it cost more than what I paid for my Monsoon shipped. Plus I definitely can't get the support. Even with the problems I have had, and all the frustration I don't think I will go with anything other than Redcat.
