I took the man in the copula as a major or col as a general wouldn't be in the tank, the man in the loaders hatch is wearing the m43 cap. As for the 2 wearing peaked caps they are called crusher caps as they are not regular peaked caps. Regular peaked caps have braided chin cords or in the case of an em/nco a leather chin strap. The crusher cap has a soft leather peak instead of the hard fiber one. It is ment to be able to be flexible and can be stuffed into a pocket where the regular officers style cap can't. Also SS have black band on the peaked and crusher caps where the Heer have a dark green band. SS have a skull below the eagle on the band Heer have a wreath and cockade below the eagle on the band.
