Vee-Coy
Vee-Coy
An old friend telephoned here last night, and I mentioned a Fox-a-Coy engine.
"Naww, you want a Vee-Coy engine, for they were hotter."
He mentioned it was something like taking the guts from a McCoy engine and putting them in to a Veco case. The McCoy had the strength, and the Veco had the better porting. Most of the work had to be done using a accurate mill and lathe though, so they were not popular.
Anyone know much about this? What engines to begin with then?
