Use only high graded steel screws like black oxide or metric blues. Aluminum, Ti, and stainless steel are no good because they are weak compared to steel screws and will strip out really easily even with good tools. I have some full force's black oxide screws and a bunch of Metric 12.9 grade black oxide screws from McMaster Carr on my Rc's and have had no problems at all.
