a very good single cylinder engine will produce ~15 hp per liter per 1000 rpm. (my Kreidler 50cc MX engine produced 9 hp at 12000 rpm)
A twin on common crankcase will deliver ~13.5 hp
6000 rpm standard would be:
6*0.125*13.5=12.31
The MVVS is about one hp stronger than that, meaning it has a very good torque.
