I was the one that made the comment, to my understanding the 650 had the three welds and the 700 was smooth like the one you posted. I was trying to clear up my confussion on the subject. I have two of each, two annodised red and two natural finish. I know the red ones were sold as part of the hanno package. I was told that smooth one was 700 in a discussion I had several months back with someone I consider to know what they were talking about. Both the smooth and the welded give the same performance as I have run them on a test stand with my os .61 rf-h motors. Any clarification on the evolution is appreciated.
