I understand that 21s and 28s share a lot of parts. My point was, they are calling it a 28 (4.6cc) but its only 4cc. Thats a lot of cc's to be missing when you are looking for that last bit of power.

Can someone with a "genuine" Hyper 28 please measure the bore and stroke and let me know? Thanks.
