hi Wendell, looks like a done deal. the drawing shows the taper cut, but it is already cut into the core. Now depending on how the plane is built and how much the wood preloads as it wraps around F2, you may have to sand/adjust a little. if the taper is already cut, you don't have to cut it even more.
