I have been trying to get a reply from Dennis on a new item he is is working on - multiple calls and Emails over the last 4 months and as yet no reply at all.

I've never dealt with Glennis before but have heard (through the "grapevine") that if he has something available immediately, he'll respond, if not - no response.
