Pretty Much, the 3 set screws have 0 affect on the engine. No matter what we do, when we do get the engine to start, it instantly wants to take off! It totally sucks because weve only had the engine for half a year! So, you think it might be the flap on the Carb and its sucking in the air and makes it go?
