You should cut more off around the battery insert on the tail to make it easy to insert the battery or change to a broom tail.
You do not need teh velcro on the battery too.

correction:
CX 2: Batter held in a tiny battery compartment underneath the heli with velcro at one end. It is still hard to put in and out
CP+: battery held in two rubber bands
I did not tell you that I also have CP+ and still cannot hovering it. It won't hover still at all. I can't get it off ground.
