I didn't mean to star a fight with this post, I was only trying to get some info about you and your company.
I think communication with customer is important as making quality products, and '5 business days to reply an email' as you stated in your website is somewhat unacceptable.
You need a secretary!

Anyway I got more info about you by your posts in this forum than by all of your emails..
