I am working on converting a static halftrack to remote control. I have some modelling experience but am fairly new to RC. I'd like to ask a few questions:
The Stuff- Thanks for posting your pictures and sharing your ideas, it's a big help. What exactly is an "S&S upgrade kit"?
Firenick- Awesome halftrack, especially with the cover. Did you just install a twin motor gearbox and connect it to the stock wheels?
What is a simple way to make it remote controlled? What is it that you connect to the motors that is controlled by the remote?

Well a quick answer to what the S&S upgrade kit consists of===The Transmitter and crystals,the (2 boards) receiver board (the small one) and the (big board it controls),speaker,and a smoker unit.This is kind of the basic's used to up grade a non smoke and sound tank to a smoke and sound tank.------------BIGMIG
