sort out ya clutch first it sounds like its sticking...

senario; clutch is sticking, have to idle the engine high for the clutch to slip and engine to run, causeing massive strain on the engine causing it to over heat, spewing alsorts of gunk out the pipe ETC ETC

fix ya clutch then try it
