I am planning to use a 450m\, 20C ESC and 1320Mah... is this a good setup?
Yes center on LE of upper wing is correct.
A 450 motor should do fine, but a small 480 such as an equivalent to the E-Flite 480, will be perfect for unlimited verticals.
