RE: 21st Century 1:18 1/2 Track
Is there a concern that a 7.2 volt stick pack will fry those small motors? I was thinking of ordering that very same Tamiya gearbox but I sort of dismissed it thinking that it was for simple education types of uses and would be too weak for that much voltage/current. I'd like to try to put together a small (either 1/16th or 1/15th scale) Renault FT-17 tank! A small gearbox like that may due the trick. There are 1/16th scale dozers out there (even in diecast) that have full metal tracks/suspension. Anyhow... those half tracks look awesome!
