Default RE: binding?

i haven't did a rebind yet, so far i've had no probs with it acting weird. i'm thinking that maybe i didn't have the tx on or something. but when i get time i'll try to rebind it. i unplug the wire that goes from the esc to the rx, and put the bind their right? i just got done changing the connectors on the blade400 and the battery that came with it, so now i'll have 3 batteries to use with it. since my belt cp is down and out till i can afford better servos, its cut down on my flight time waiting for the one battery to charge after 7 mins of flight time [:'(] LOL i got very lucky this morning when i got my blade out, i put the throttle hold on to check something and while i was moving the throttle up, i noticed the swash plate was angled forward and to the right, so the servo had quit on me, but after a few mins it started working and acted fine. but still not sure of that servo i had a eflight servo on the tail of my belt cp( the tail servo wasn't even working out of the box on it, so my local hobbystore gave me that one to use since it matched up pretty good) that i took off and but on my blade400. i'm just glad i noticed it before trying to take off and sent the main roto blade straight into the ground [:-] so now that i love flying my blade more than my belt cp, i'll want better servos for it first and my belt will be grounded for a long time [&o]

but for adjusting the servo with subtrim, will it be okay to keep it this way for a week or two? i don't have a pitch gauge, and i don't really wanna start adjusting the links and mess the pitch up on the blades, till i get a gauge
