Yes, the block looks pretty solid, it has heavy tri-stock already installed. If you goto TBM website they have video on the 67" Yak with a gasser in it. I would plan on an all up weight of 13-14lbs with the gasser. I will give you some exact cowl measurements on Tuesday when I get home.
