Adamiani----beautifully done I'm loving the look of your plane !!!
Skylark & Skinny Bob: I've Got Mine !!!!!!meaning my package of drawings arrived today from the Smithsonian-----quite wonderful.
I ordered back about a month ago drawings for the QCF and UBF (2 QCF plates 17168 and 11505 are 3 views of the QCF----1 plate 12424 of the UBF a 3 view) the plates are approx 27X 41 in size and pretty good copies of the original waco drawings. I was very happy to find that the drawing that Skinny Bob had shared with me( and I think I shared with you John)) was ( a reduced version of the UBF plate -12424).
Boy did this provide measurable information of the question I originally posted on when I came on line in this thread.
Though I don't see a scale size on but one of the plates I'm pretty sure all of these are accurate at 1/20th scale.or appx .05" = 1".
Cheers to all
Clipwing, I didn't send for the drawings. Glad to hear that the drawing I have been working off is a copy of plate 12424. I thought it was a true Waco drawing but didn't know for sure. Thanks for proving it. I have been working off that drawing and the great pictures John has provided to draw the parts for my F-2. I have most of the parts ready for cutting, but putting it all together for the cutter and for a set of plans and instructions is quite a job for an old geezer with failing gray matter
