Get a syringe, fill it with polyurethane glue, and inject it into the voids. The glue will foam up and fill the voids. . . You can warm up the glue when its in the syringe to make it more liquidy. . .

YES, fix the sheeting issue! Often sheeting coming off in one little spot is simply a symptom of a more systemic and widespread problem. I would carefully go over the entire wing to make sure this isn't happening anywhere else.
