Regarding your testing you've done, specifically the 30 gallon fishy tank, what kind of fish were used during the test? Did you try electric eels? Could present a problem...

No electric eels, but I think they work on 72MHz anyway.
My wife tells me the fish we have are: Kissing Gourami, Chinese Algae Eater, Black Neon Tetra, and Kribensis Cichlids.
