I received a replacement propeller shaft from your HongKong web seller this afternoon.

Upon fixing it onto the XYZ 26cc engine, I spinned it and took a short video clip and uploaded it to the Youtube. Please take a closer look at the spinning propeller shaft and see what happened.

Good grief, It looks like the crank is not true and is showing worse toward the end.
I will let Satellite know that your post is here and will let him respond to this.

The only thing I can tell you is, if this came from me I would replace the entire engine.
So far so good on our end as I checked four from our last order and all were
find. I did this because of your post #17.
