Default opinions needed:625 speed versus 645 torque

I'm planning on the Cermark rep's recommended HS-625mg's for the ailerons and two 645MG's in the tail of their newest 2nd version Cermark 9.5lb Sukhoi 31.

A 69 inch wingspan with aerobat/3D expected performance w/ a G23 in the nose

The slowness of the 645's at just .20/second@6v (torque is 133@6v [email protected]) is bothering me.

Does anyone think it's gonna make a big difference if the 625's (.13sec and 94oz.) are used all around being that their way fa.ster and only 13oz. less torque if ran at 6Volts
or
Am I better off going with the higher torque and less speed?

I presented this choice to MikeMayberry of Hitech and he says:"Typically the 645's are plenty fast enough for 3D flying."

I can't justify the cost of the digital jobbies at this moment so what do you 3D guys think?
