Default RE: first big crash

i can't seem to get a very accurate reading using the pitch gauge, i thought i had zero pitch on both blades at middle stick and the 10 at top and bottom stick, but then i spooled up and the tracking was way off. so i got the pitch gauge back out and notice that if i rotate the flybar that measurement could vary by alot. so how am i suppose to keep the flybar in the same position the whole time? when i'm not holding it, it leans to one way so i thought i was holding it level everytime, but i guess not. or do you still gotta track blades even though you had zero pitch?
