Default RE: Need Help on Belt-CP Repair

fom the pictures, nothign that I can find is damaged.
Since you lost yoru main blades, your feathering shaft is for sure gone.

Because your main gear is broken, take out your main shaft and see if there is any bend, you can do it by:
1.unscrew all the servo arms to CCPM using + driver
2.unscrew a rod that is in the swash plate guide using small - driver
3.unscrew the bearing off the main gear using 1.5mm hex driver.
4. pull the whole head part out.

You may wanna take off ur main blades while you do that. See if anything is bent there.

From one of your pictures, I think one of yoru servos is dead or chipped.
When you disconnect all the servo arms from the CCPM, try to move them using right stick. Then the throttle [Make sure that your motor is unplugged!!!]

If somethign doesn't move as fast as the other ones. Unplug the battery and move them manually by hand.
There is a problem if:
-one moves faster than the other
-the servo skips couple times when you move
-one servo needs more force to move than the other ones.
-your servo won't respond when you are using the throttle.

Tell me if anything is bent, cracked or broken. Make sure that every mm of your helicopter is inspected espicially the head part.

By the way after dis-assembly of head parts from main shaft, make sure you lube em all!. Lube your belt too using a small straw. Then tighten all yoru screws.
