Can anyone help with a race setup for a HF RTR on clay track. (e.g. diff/shock oils, springs, tiers, and any other settings I should look at )

I''m new to RC and need some help. When I have had practice it under steers into and around corners then oversteers out fishtailing when accelerating. I have upgraded the the radio to an Airtronics MX-3 FHSS, fitted a HF rear wing, changed the shock oil to 50wt front and rear with the 1.6mm tappered piston holes, and have on order 2 Hitec seros (HS-5955TG steering, HSC-5998TG throttle/brake) everything else is stock and in the stock positions. I have been told to try 15000wt front, 20000wt centre, and 10000wt rear diff oils and Proline Crime Fighter tiers. Is this heading in the right direction?
