Thanks for the post and ideas. I do love it, and wanted to make it work for the blade. I did roughly what you suggested, I got a 3/16 dowel rod, and sanded it down so that the rod fit very snugly in the swingarm holes. Then, I cut them to length, and wedged them into the holes. I then took a 1/16 drill bit, and made a hole in each one, and used the stock CP Pro rotor blade screws, and it works fine like that. I would like to have some screws a bit longer, I''ll have to look around. I think they are 2 MM, but I can''t find any long enough. It works like it is, but it could be a little better with longer screws.

I balanced my blades yesterday, they came out great, between that and balancing the flybar, it''s really smooth, much improved.

I would recommend the K&S balancer to anyone who would like to make their heli fly smoothly!
