Amigos,

Primero que todo soy colombiano y resido en USA permanentemente, pero tengo contacto continuo con mis amigos de mi paÃ*s y esta idea es muy buena como para no ser parte de ella. En una actitud un poco atrevida, los organizadores del concurso en Colombia están buscando patrocinio para lograr dar alojamiento y comidas a todos los pilotos, pero como se imaginan esto puede ser una tarea difÃ*cil; de no suceder esto solo los jueces (apenas obvio) tendrÃ*an todos los gastos incluidos.
La organización esta en marcha y tal vez lo que ha faltado es un poco de comunicación con los interesados y empezar a dar algunas fechas. En pocos dÃ*as Roberto MartÃ*nez, organizador del evento dará respuesta a todas sus inquietudes, incluso el no pertenece a RCUniverse y ya lo invite para que todos recibamos información de primera mano.
La fecha con la que se esta trabajando para este concurso seria del 10 al 13 de Octubre de 2008

First, I am Colombian and permanently living in USA, but I keep contact with my friends back in my country and this idea is too good to not be part of. In a bold move, the contest organizers in Colombia are looking for sponsors to cover lodging and food for all the pilots during this contest, but as you can imagine this is not an easy task; if this is not possible only the judges (of course) will have all expenses cover.
The organization is going well and may be has lack in more communication to the interested pilots and at least give some dates. In a few days Roberto Martinez, contest organizer, will give answer to all the questions you have, right now he doesn’t belong to RCUniverse, so I have invited him to join us and give everybody all needed information first hand.
The dates for the contest will be October 10 to 13, 2008
Any new ideas to make this contest a success, please let us know.
