back in the day we put a honda rebel 250cc street bike motor on a 125lbs cart and we did not think to up grade the brakes
. I don't think any one ever got it into 5 th gear it was just to crazy. Remember dude you are a inch from the ground you feel like you are going 500MPH the smallest movement in the steering can flip you at 60+mph. the street bike engine had electric start
how would you start a kick start engine in a go cart? I just have to say it was a good time and a lot of fun, it was a joint project with about 5 1/2 of us ( one guy just watched us put it togeather) and we all had a blast, then like evrything in are lives it broke
and i was the one that broke it. Did you know you can't stop on ice, Like who would think that[&:].
It's a cool thing to do and it will build you welding skills even when you dad told you not to touch his welder
