Mill Check out this link http://home.mchsi.com/~jahuntley/hurricane/hur6.html it is the wing for my Hurricane. It is a Vailley but built the same way as the Ziroli. You Will notice the trailing edge jig and and down the page there is a closeup where you can see I use 1/4 square or 3/8 square sticks to sandwhich the rib snugly which keeps the ribs verticle and also helps keep the TE in place. I do this for every plane I build whether it has tabs on the ribs or not. it always makes a nice wing panel.
