YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAW! I got a full day of absolute beautifull flying in today. The weather was about 70 and a little breezy but it sure makes the harrier landings look efortless. Ok so the flight report, I put the new prop to the test on the 40 and it was absolutely perfect. I can climb like crazy out of a hover till that little yellow bird just disapears into the clouds. I LOVE IT! I didnt get the new prop on the 150 due to some issues getting it bored out for the shaft and I need some washers cause it one of those apc junkers. I know that big tigre is going to be a little tamer with the new prop so I need to get it on. Oh yeah for everyone about the large 2 strokes and fuel consumption.........I flew my 150 for a total of 9 flights at 12 minutes each and used probaly a quart and a half of fuel and I was flying the hell out of her. I have all 2 strokes on all of my planes and the way I see it is if I burn 1 gallon every outing that is way more than 18 dollars worth of fun. If you do the math were can you go all day and have the time of your life for less than 20 bucks, if anyone knows tell me where it is and I am leaving to go there NOW! I have the big magnum 180xl 2 stroke on my 28% cap and I run 1 horse more than a g62. In my opinion at 5.2 horse I wouldnt even think to pull her off to put on a gasser, and one flip of the prop every time and its alive with no issues of timing or tuning to deal with. Ok now thats been said I had a blast today and many more are coming.......Fly safe!
