Went out today with the wind nice and steady. There were quite a few others there, but nobody was using my channel. The day turned out great. My OS 55 AX and Tango worked as a team, never once letting me down. I did try a few stall maneuvers, but I guess I sort of chickened out. The club superstar stick jockey finally got something different for a new machine, which was a treat: an RC Boys Decathlon! He was flying that thing like a T_-_t, full elevator deflection and every thing else. He would deliberately tip-stall at altitude, and recover. He had it tumbling out of the sky like was some S.P.A.D. gone mad. I thought he was going to lose it a few times, but he continued to play with the wind like "Tommy" played with the pinball on that Who song. I wish I was that good and had some of his money!
