probably, if you can find them. Its just easier to race if you run a standard ported (3 transfer, 1 exhaust) .12 engine. There isn't all that much benefit to a .15 anyway, many .12s can smoke most of the .15s out there. In this case they ar both good engines, but I would still go with the .12, then you never have to even think about whether its legal.
