Yes, I do remove the bind plug after both RX establish links. However next time I power up only the satelite locks a link and the main 6200 RX keeps flashing. The reason I discovered this is because I was getting lock outs almost after every turn. I was able to land and then discovered the flashing light on the 6200. I did NOT notice if both RX lights were solid before take off.
