Batteries have gone down. Where do you guys shop and you are paying $300 ??????

Or you can go the other way which I did lately. I got 2 batteries 22.2v 6cell 2400mah (500 size batteries)on ebay for 60 dollars each, and with a parallel connection you get your 4800mah !! at 120 dollars [8D].
They weigh less than the air thunder also by 20-30 something grams.

I have the Evo 50 as gas for more flying time while at the field but love more the 600E. I am thinking of getting a second one down the road as this one will be going in my fuselage within the month and I just love flying the 600 as is anyway. Nothing beats the low noise and practically almost non existent maintenance.(Cleaning, tuning with weather etc.)

PS. if you guys haven't read it yet, there is new technology coming out that will increase the lipo capacity by a 10 fold. 50000 mah in the same size. It has to do with increasing I think the concentration of the cells for more space in a given size or something.
Read the article through a link in one of the forums. Don't remember which. Once it hits the market, gas will die they say.

Maybe months away or a year until proper marketing but hey.. who cares.
