Default How to post a zip file (drawing)?

BILLY:

I would assume you have some free web space with your ISP signup. Just transfer the file in any format you want into your account with an FTP, then post the new web address here and we can all download it. It has been done several times here already. If unsure, just go back into this formum archives and see what was done in the past.

Would also suggest that you notify Jo Jusko that you have a plan to share. Jo has a site in which numerous designs are shown off. The problem here is that the site gets hit so many times per hour, it can get overloaded, and thus moves from server to server every year. I go to the Tower Hobbies web index to locate the latest address or where the site has gone to now.

Before transfering the file anyplace, I would suggest you include all original file format information first. Such as, original computer format, overall size of drawing, number of pens/colors, include both the DXF format and whatever you made it up with.

And as to a virus within a drawing file, I got one from a Japanese model A/C download site, but nothing from the others out there.
