Thanks for clarification Ken, I think i'll have to stick with bands until I get a new plane.
Rubber bands have an specific effect on those trainers, they allow to absorb some impacts with out damaging the wings (Light crashes) anyway is a good choice to let it that way until you step up to a new plane.
