NorForSo Try using a lot more throttle on takeoff and remember to keep the wing toward the wind slightly down. Full throttle!!!
That's what I've been doing. I get it rolling, then gun the throttle to get it up there as quick as I can, full throttle. It often goes vertical and usually won't drop a wing. I level off and slow down once it clears. The best thing to do, is let the Tango windmill so you're facing the head wind, then go for it. If you use too much aileron to keep the wing towards the wind down, it'll over-correct. Maybe using low-rates during takeoff would be better in a cross wind.
