The Jetts do cost more but by the time you by another engine with a tuned pipe they aren't that much more.
Anyway, YES!. Get a tuned pipe! Also, a 13-10 is killing the motor. You want to get 16000-18000 from that motor. Try in the 8 to 9 in pitch range.
