Default RE: FS One by Hangar 9

HELLO (again) FSONE support personnel.

I need help IN A BAD WAY......Your staff helped me to get the SIM going. The PC problem was dealt with a DIRECT CONNECTION from your HORIZON office ( Brian? - Mike? )and finally it was decided that it would work well if I purchased the original system TACON.....this was DONE.
NOW there are just two things that are not working and render the SIM : UN-USEABLE !!!!
- the RESET does not work, and this makes me click the ESC button which resets after a complete cycle ( about 4 or 5 minutes ).. this gets OLD, quick, but is the least of my problems ! :

2 - the WORST PART : ( need to practice HELI ) is that the model HELIS are so EXTREMELY SENSITIVE that it becomes impossible to fly (or learn anything ! ) .... it is impossible to INPUT STICK MOVEMENT small enough.....the helicopter just skoots off in any direction, the slightest touch reverses the direction and the machines fly off as if POSSESSED. This happens on any model heli, even the DOUBLE BLADED ONES.
a sensitivity of this magnitude makes it impossible to fly.....I CANNOT EVEN GET A HELI TO HOLD A HOVER ,,,, The drift off is immediate, AND EXPONENTIAL, to make it even worse. In a fraction of a second the heli is gone : O O S

I KNOW THAT I AM GIVING A CORRECT DESCRIPTION OF THE FS-ONE DEFECT, because I can HOVER quite well in real life : Electrics AND the Raptor 30.....so it should work in the SIM....but : NOT
Is HORIZON willing to help, as was done before ???????

Thanks for reading.. RICHARD F. BARR
