In regards to the Tenergy batteries linked above, not to long ago I purchased a box of five of them in five cell packs but the same cell 2300map. If I remember correctly each pack was fourteen something from the same company.

Three are now in working airplanes, two in warbird pylon racers (smallish airplanes with 110 FS power) and one in a forty sized trainer type used in taxi racing. All have been fine so far with no issues.

Keep in mind with these or any high capacity batteries you must use an appropriate charge system and that usually precludes the wall chargers normally included in radio system sets. If you don,t then you will never get the full use from the batteries and likely an early death for them. No matter how long you leave them charge.
