I have smartech winner sport and have a cen 16 engine in it. I recently started it and when i push the throtle it doesnt move at all. the clutch bell is spinning but the gears are not spinning. i picked up the smartech and accelertated and noticed only the front wheels are spinning. Can you help me resovle this matter
