All I can say is . If you know so much about electricity why are you so confused? the Heater was a reference point.
I speak the truth. I Know what Im talking about on this. Been watching it happen with my electrics for years now! Plus the Electronics in High School helped a bit also.
Resistance has nothing to do with it. A motors KV is not going to change just from the voltage.
Voltage x amps = watts Watts/voltage=amps the figure I put up is correct BTW.
And thats all I have to say about that.
