AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST MY PILOT AND GOOD FRIEND JIM HILLER, FOR DOING AN ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE JOB OF FLYING UNDER THE MOST , CHALLENGING OF SITUATIONS , AND WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF PRACTICE OF ANYONE AT THE EVENT .
