Possibly, here's what the second note said:
Hi Joe:
There is no problem with the original carbon shaft elevators. The new elevators were someone asked us to customize for him and we accepted his suggestion to produce new elevators. Some people need it. Some people don’t, depending on how you would like to fly with your jet. But for the planes we sell in the future, we will offer the new elevators for customer.
It's not clear whether the new elevators will be standard or optional on future planes. I suggest that you contact FEJ if you definitely want them.
