Default RE: Needle limiters on .46 evalution engine?

Yes. The needle limiter is just a roll pin stuck in the side of the knob. Just grab it and pull. My Alpha 40 engine ran great the first summer, then as soon as the weather cooled off, I couldn't get enough adjustment. I pulled out the limiter and it worked great.

I really believe that they should just have included a one paragraph explanation of needle valve tuning in the manual, rather than putting these "idiot proof" limiters on the engine. I really like the 3-D drawing that OS puts in their manuals.

Good luck.
