I'm starting with a stock HB. I've had success building a hybrid using the HB head on a faster micro. I would like to know if I can use a 3 cell lipo on the 4 in 1? It's setup with 7.4Volts I believe. From my electronics experience most of these devices will operate on 5 to 15VDC. Just never tried this and would like to know if anyone did. The HBFP flies so much better with distributed weight. Wooden blades, aluminum tailboom, superskids and the 370 brushed motor tuned with 11.1 volts would give me what I'm looking for. Fast and agile yet very stable heli. Thanks!
