The kit will be $69, and will include everything you need except tools.

It will be necessary to drill and tap a 8-32 hole in the carb's pump cover to install an external pressure pulse line. Other than that everything is there. If someone wants to send me their carb I will be happy to install the pressure tap at no charge with the purchase of the kit.

I have seen rpm improvements from 150 rpm to about 350. It seems to vary with the type of prop and the condition of the engine and I don't yet have specifics on what affects what.

The carb mounting bolts now screw into aluminum instead of plastic, so stripped threads will be history. In fact this was the original reason for this kit, I got tired of replaciong reed blocks with stripped threads. 3MM seems to have mostly fixed that problem themselves now, but the kit has other benefits.

I have only tested this setup with the carb arms on top (inverted mount) because that is the best way to do it, but it could be done either way.

If you order an engine with the kit I will do the installation and include the choke arm insallation for total $479, only $40 more than the deluxe version.

Please understand, I am going for a high quality excellent running engine here that should be trouble-free, I'm not trying to build the cheapest powerplant available. If that's what you want there are plenty of chinese engines around for $350.
